Shawn Boucké, M.M., B.M.E., is an educator and freelance musician in the Metro Detroit area.

In 2009, Shawn graduated (Cum Laude) from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Music Education. The following year, he began teaching private lessons at McCourt's Musical Instruments/The Detroit Violin Company in Waterford, MI, and also served as a long-term guest orchestra director in the Waterford School District.

In 2020, Shawn graduated (Summa Cum Laude) with a Master of Music from Central Michigan University.

As a performing musician, Shawn has participated in hundreds of weddings and events across the mid-west United States. He has been recognized with the WeddingWire Couples' Choice award for ten years and TheKnot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame.

In 2022 Shawn was published in the professional peer-reviewed American String Teachers Association (ASTA) Journal 

Shawn completed an endorsement in secondary mathematics from Oakland University in December, 2023. and is currently a full-time teacher in the Troy Public School District.
