Shawn was nothing short of amazing! We are so professional throughout the entire process, from start to finish. He was extremely responsive to initial emails, super flexible the week leading up to the big day, arrived EARLY to the event, and truly gave our ceremony a special touch. To be totally honest, we wish we would have just used him for both live violin and the DJ. He has a lot of great ideas and was so helpful. We got endless compliments on his performance throughout the night.

Shawn Boucke and his string quartet are excellent!! They performed at my son’s wedding ceremony. Shawn paid attention to every detail, including music suggestions to aid in the couples’ selection of music, arrived at the wedding venue ahead of time, fully rehearsed and dressed in black and white. Very professional, plus a wide array of music they can play. Many people commented on the amazing music. This group was so good we recently hired them again for my nephew’s wedding. The music at our wedding was lovely. l was planning a Michigan wedding but lived in California. I wanted to hear the music before hiring Shawn for our wedding, and he did an audition/interview with me on speaker phone. I found him to be knowledgable about the music and easy to work with. I had certain songs that I absolutely wanted in the ceremony, and Shawn knew them all. When I asked him for recommendations for additional music based on my preferences, he quickly obliged. It was nice to work with someone who is clearly a talented musician but who also listens carefully to what I (the bride) wanted.

I recently directed and coordinated a fundraising event in Oxford, Michigan where Shawn Boucke performed a set. He was absolutely amazing.
