I have uploaded the PDF of note, and rest values on the downloads page before I finished the tutorial page so students may download, and use it now. Besides a good guide for notes, you can also cut them out, and make rhythm patters with the pieces! 
I have a total of 8 songs arranged for violin, viola, cello, and double bass. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for rest of the songs!
So far: Clair De Lune - Debussy Habanera from Carmen - Bizet Nocturne Op.9 No.2 Chopin Romeo & Juliet Theme - Tchaikovsky Sleeping Beauty Waltz - Tchaikovsky Swan Lake - Tchaikovsky Traimerai - Schumann Book is planned to be released mid-January 2013. I will officially have the "Advanced Technique Scale Book" out before the new year, and the Valentine Album (Sheet Music) available shortly after that!

1 and 2 octave minor scale books are now available for violin, viola, cello, and double bass!   April and I performing at the Waterford Senior Center's Christmas Bazaar.
There is an updated version of the "Major scale book" with larger print, and with a few corrections.
Minor scale book will be out later this month!  And we have a winner of the free lesson. Congrats to Layla, and Kat Farley!
